Based upon the best selling novel, Roger Moore stars in this high energy action film set in the gold mining region of South Africa. The story revolves around sabatoge of the countries largest gold mine, in order to disrupt production, and in turn influence the price of gold in the world. Roger Moore is terrific as the heroic mine manager, Ray Milland plays the cranky, but kind mine owner , and Susannah York is beautiful , as the wife of the principal adversary , played by Branford Dillman. Action , thrills and dnger is the focus of this non-stop adventure movie, and this is a must for Roger Moore fans.
